Most children do not get adequate exposure to formal exam settings and is one of the main reasons why children do not perform as well as they could. Our exam experience days aim to get children familiar to the whole format of sitting 11+ entrance exams and perhaps more importantly, learning from their experiences to improve their performance ahead of the real thing.

Depending on what centre you book with and the type of Exam format you choose, you can book as many sessions you feel necessary for effective practice. If you wish to book another child you must go through the booking process again, inserting your details and the new child’s details in full.

Before you make a booking, please contact us to confirm that we can accommodate your child’s requirements. This is your responsibility to notify us.

Yes you can, but you need to make a separate booking to do so.

Once booked, there are no cancellations and no refunds applicable. A full refund is available only if your child is ill on the day of the exam. A valid doctors note/letter will need to be provided as proof upon which a full refund will be issued. Please double check any conflicting family events/holidays before booking your child’s 11 plus mock exam.

Please provide a certificate from the Doctor for a full refund. An appointment card from a receptionist (even if stamped) is not valid. We reserve the right to take steps to confirm the certificate’s authenticity.

Once booked, the date is not changeable and the booking is non-transferrable. Please check the dates of any school trips, sports days, or any other events before making a booking.

All Exams start promptly so allow plenty of time to reach the venue. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before the exam begins. This allows sufficient time to register your child. Please contact us if you are running late at the earliest opportunity. To ensure continuity and exam format, your child will not be admitted if late and no refunds issued.

To avoid distractions and to ensure continuity of an exam environment, parents will have to wait off site until the exams have concluded. If the site has parking you can wait in the car park (check venue details on upon booking).

To ensure exam format and continuity of an exam environment, only approved ExamReady personnel will be able to escort your child from the registration area into the exam hall.

Email us at info@examready.co.uk with your full name, your child’s name and date and time of 11 plus mock exam ticket and let us know the details of what medication will be carried into the hall so we can record this information.

Your child’s safety is of paramount importance to ExamReady. Our approved, Exam Centres have the following:

1) Fully qualified, vetted and enhanced DBS checked staff.

2) A dedicated first aider

3) A safe guarding officer

4) Full Relevant Insurance

All children will have a comfort break between exams. Breaks and toilet requests will be permitted under a formal exam conditions to ensure exam continuity.

Information on the format of the exam will be available prior to booking on the site and available on your booking confirmation.

All intellectual property (Inc. Copyrights, patents, trademarks and proprietary information and technologies) are owned by ExamReady Limited. ExamReady will not be able to release the papers any 3rd parties.

Your child should bring 2 pencils, a ruler, and an eraser (a pencil sharpener is optional) in a clear pencil case. Water/juice may be taken into the exam if it is in a clear unlabelled bottle. No food, mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators or other bags are allowed in the hall during test session.

ExamReady’s ultra realistic papers are modelled around actual 11+ entrance papers so will evaluate concepts that will most likely be on the papers. The Exam experience will assess many aspects from how well your child applies learned concepts effectively to how they cope in a formal exam environment. The results and feedback you get will allow you or your child’s tutor take a view on performance and make adjustments to improve positive outcomes in the real exam.

ExamReady endeavours to get your child’s results back to you within 10 working days of when the exam was sat via email.

To date we have never had to cancel a session. However, we reserve the right to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control or other reason and in this event our liability will be limited to the amount that you have paid us for the cancelled session. We exclude liability for damages for any claims in law including contract, negligence, tort, statute or otherwise.
